1. Nature of the Service

WorkVisaConnect is a digital content and subscription platform offering Free, Basic and (later) Premium packages. Paid performance currently means Basic digital membership; Premium is “Coming soon”.

We are not a placement agency, visa authority or law firm. External apply links belong to employers/ATS sites. Premium CV/relocation/visa guidance will be provided within the published scope when live; no guaranteed job or visa outcome.

2. Delivery / performance method

Purchased Basic membership is not shipped. Performance is by granting digital access to an authenticated account.

Delivery time: when payment is confirmed and the account is set to Basic (or equivalent full access). Manual verification may delay activation slightly.

3. Scope and duration

Basic grants plan features during the subscription period. List price 450 TL/month, campaign 250 TL/month; yearly 2,500 TL may be shown. Content changes with weekly inventory.

Free accounts get limited previews. When membership ends, access may return to Free; digital access already provided is treated as delivered. Premium is not sold/fulfilled yet.

4. Technical requirements

You need a modern browser, stable Internet and a valid account. We are not responsible for device, network or third-party website failures.

5. Outages and maintenance

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, security or force majeure. We aim for reasonable notice. Short outages alone may not extend membership free of charge; contact support for serious prolonged issues.

6. Third-party content and applications

Job and company data is third-party or derived from third parties. “Apply” buttons may redirect off-site; load time, availability and terms there are outside our control. Our delivery is platform access and link presentation—not an interview or job offer.

7. Support

8. Changes

Features, pricing and these terms may change. Material updates are published on the site. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected for ongoing subscriptions where applicable.
