1. Parties

SELLER: operator of the WorkVisaConnect digital platform (mobile apps (App Store / Google Play)). Contact: info@workvisaconnect.com, support: support@workvisaconnect.com, form: /contact.

BUYER: the natural person purchasing Basic digital membership via the WorkVisaConnect iOS/Android apps (App Store / Google Play) (“Member”). Membership is not sold by card on workvisaconnect.com. Free is free of charge; Premium is not sold yet.

For in-app purchases, Apple or Google also act as the storefront/payment intermediary under their own terms.

2. Subject

The subject is online purchase of a paid digital membership package (currently Basic) and online access on WorkVisaConnect (web and apps). Free is free of charge; Premium is “Coming soon” and not sold yet.

The Service may include curated sponsorship-supported or relocation-package listings, company and job details by plan, country content, blogs/guides, saved jobs and similar features. When Premium is live, CV analysis, detailed relocation and sponsorship guidance may be added as described on the site/app. WorkVisaConnect is not an employer, placement agency, immigration firm or guarantor of a job or sponsorship outcome.

3. Main features and package scope

Package screens on /membership (web) and Membership in the mobile app control. In general:

• Free: view-only titles, countries and list previews; company identity may be locked.
• Basic (actively sold): full job details, company info, apply links, country guides and full content; weekly curated listings (subject to updates). Catalog prices (USD): $9.99 / month, $29.99 / 3 months, $59.99 / 6 months, $99.99 / year.
• Premium (coming soon): everything in Basic plus CV analysis, detailed relocation support, sector partnerships for sponsorship/language/moving, and sponsorship and relocation support. Premium catalog $25 / month or $250 / year. Not purchasable yet.
• Content is curated from third parties; currency is not guaranteed; final terms belong to employers.

4. Price, tax and payment

Basic catalog prices are $9.99 / month, $29.99 / 3 months, $59.99 / 6 months and $99.99 / year (USD). Premium is $25 / month or $250 / year and is not charged until sale opens.

On iOS and Android, payment is taken by Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, currency and tax shown by the store at purchase form the contract price for that sale. Store subscription and billing terms also apply.

Web card checkout and virtual POS sales of membership are not offered. To unlock paid access you must purchase in the mobile apps.

5. Formation and performance

The contract is formed at distance when you complete payment/confirmation in the App Store or Google Play. Because the Service is digital, performance starts online after payment confirmation and account entitlement; there is no physical shipment.

After a successful App Store / Google Play purchase or restore, Basic access is enabled on your WorkVisaConnect account in the apps and on the website (same email). Contact support for technical issues linking a store purchase to your account.

6. Withdrawal and immediate performance

Distance contracts often include a 14-day withdrawal right for consumers. Exceptions may apply to digital content/services performed immediately with the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement.

By accepting immediate performance of digital membership at purchase, you acknowledge that withdrawal may no longer apply or may be limited once access begins. Store-specific refund and cancellation rules of Apple or Google may also apply. See Cancellation, Refund & Withdrawal.

7. Buyer obligations

• Provide accurate account and contact data; keep store and WorkVisaConnect accounts under your control.
• Keep credentials secure; do not resell or transfer access commercially.
• Comply with the Terms of Use, acceptable use rules, and applicable App Store / Google Play terms.
• Read each employer’s own apply process and terms when applying.

8. Seller obligations

After payment and activation, the Seller will enable digital membership access, operate the Service with reasonable care and keep required legal notices available on the site and in the apps. No job, sponsorship or salary outcome is guaranteed.

9. Term and renewal

Unless stated otherwise, Basic is sold for the selected period (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly). Auto-renewing store subscriptions renew under Apple or Google rules until you cancel in the store subscription settings. If not renewed, access may drop to Free. Premium is not open for subscription yet.

10. Complaints and disputes

Use support@workvisaconnect.com and /contact. For billing charged by Apple or Google, you may also use their subscription and refund support channels. Where consumer protection law applies, statutory complaint forums remain available. Mandatory consumer rules prevail over conflicting clauses.

11. Acceptance

By completing membership purchase you declare that you have read and accept this Distance Sales Agreement, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice (and, for store purchases, the applicable Apple or Google terms).
