1. Parties

SELLER: operator of the WorkVisaConnect digital platform. Contact: info@workvisaconnect.com, support: support@workvisaconnect.com, form: /contact.

BUYER: the natural person purchasing Basic digital membership via workvisaconnect.com (“Member”). Free is free of charge; Premium is not sold yet.

2. Subject

The subject is online purchase of a paid digital membership package (currently Basic) and online access on WorkVisaConnect. Free is free of charge; Premium is “Coming soon” and not sold yet.

The Service may include curated visa/relocation-oriented listings, company and job details by plan, country content, blogs/guides, saved jobs and similar features. When Premium is live, CV analysis, detailed relocation and visa guidance may be added as described on the site. WorkVisaConnect is not an employer, placement agency, immigration firm or guarantor of a job or visa.

3. Main features and package scope

Package cards on /membership and checkout control. In general:

• Free: view-only titles, countries and list previews; company identity may be locked.
• Basic (actively sold): full job details, company info, apply links, country guides and full content; weekly curated listings (subject to updates). List 450 TL/month, campaign 250 TL/month; yearly 2,500 TL.
• Premium (coming soon): everything in Basic plus CV analysis, detailed relocation support, sector partnerships for visa/language/moving, and visa support. Informational price 1,000 TL/month and 10,000 TL/year. Not purchasable yet.
• Content is curated from third parties; currency is not guaranteed; final terms belong to employers.

4. Price, tax and payment

For Basic, the site shows a list price of 450 TL/month and a campaign price of 250 TL/month; yearly may be offered at 2,500 TL. Premium informational prices are 1,000 TL/month and 10,000 TL/year and are not charged until sale opens. Amount, currency and VAT display at checkout form the contract price.

Payment is taken upfront by card or other approved methods. You must provide an accurate billing address. Provider terms also apply. If another currency is shown for international visitors, checkout controls.

5. Formation and performance

The contract is formed at distance when you complete payment/confirmation. Because the Service is digital, performance starts online after payment confirmation and account upgrade; there is no physical shipment.

Where admin or payment verification is needed, access is enabled shortly after. Contact support for technical issues.

6. Withdrawal and immediate performance

Distance contracts often include a 14-day withdrawal right for consumers. Exceptions may apply to digital content/services performed immediately with the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement.

By accepting immediate performance of digital membership at checkout, you acknowledge that withdrawal may no longer apply or may be limited once access begins. See Cancellation, Refund & Withdrawal.

7. Buyer obligations

• Provide accurate account, contact and billing data.
• Keep credentials secure; do not resell or transfer access commercially.
• Comply with the Terms of Use and acceptable use rules.
• Read each employer’s own apply process and terms when applying.

8. Seller obligations

After payment and activation, the Seller will enable digital membership access, operate the Service with reasonable care and keep required legal notices available on the site. No job, visa or salary outcome is guaranteed.

9. Term and renewal

Unless stated otherwise, Basic is sold in monthly periods (and yearly prepaid if offered). If not renewed, access may drop to Free. Premium is not open for subscription yet.

10. Complaints and disputes

Use support@workvisaconnect.com and /contact. Where consumer protection law applies, statutory complaint forums remain available. Mandatory consumer rules prevail over conflicting clauses.

11. Acceptance

By completing membership purchase you declare that you have read and accept this Distance Sales Agreement, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice.
