This guide walks you through every main flow: creating an account, browsing curated sponsorship and relocation jobs, unlocking membership in the mobile apps, saving jobs, reading guides, and contacting support.
Shortcuts
On this page
1. What is WorkVisaConnect?
WorkVisaConnect helps professionals find hand-curated job listings connected to sponsorship support and/or relocation packages support. We also publish company profiles, country resources, and blog/guide content so you can research your move in one place.
We are not an employer, law firm, or immigration agency. Job data is curated and updated often (including weekly packs), but always verify details and apply via the employer’s official process.
International job search is fragmented. We focus on roles where sponsorship support or relocation packages is part of the story, and organize them with companies, countries, and guides so you spend time on realistic options.
No. Content is informational only. Rules change and depend on your situation. Confirm with official sources, employers, and licensed professionals before you act.
2. Account, sign-up & security
Most personal features need an account. Free registration is enough to save jobs, manage your profile, and open support tickets linked to your user.
Go to Sign up, enter first name, last name, email, and password (or use Google sign-in if available). After registration you may need to verify your email before full access is granted.
Use Log in with email/password or Google. Some pages accept a “next” return URL (for example after Contact Us prompts you to sign in). Forgot password is available under the login flow.
Check spam, wait a few minutes, then use the verify-email page options again. You can also Contact Us with the same email you registered.
Use a strong unique password, don’t share credentials, and sign out on shared devices. Protect the email inbox tied to your account.
3. Membership & unlocking access
Full job details, company names, apply links, deeper country pages, and complete blog/guide articles unlock with an active membership. Free accounts can browse titles and limited previews, save jobs when signed in, and contact support.
Membership packages are purchased only inside the WorkVisaConnect iOS or Android app via the App Store or Google Play. Web card checkout is not available. After you buy with the same email, access also unlocks on the website.
Browse public lists with limited fields, open detail pages with restricted content, save jobs when signed in, use Contact Us, and manage a free profile. Company identity, apply links, and full write-ups are typically locked until you unlock with a paid package.
Fuller job and company detail (names, logos, descriptions, apply links when present), richer country pages, and complete blog/guide articles so you can research and apply without those paywalls.
Download the WorkVisaConnect app from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the same email you use on the web, then purchase a membership package with in-app purchase. When the purchase activates, locked content unlocks in the app and on the website.
No. Membership is a digital subscription sold only through the App Store and Google Play inside our mobile apps. On the web, locked pages point you to the app download / unlock page.
You tried to open locked content as a free or signed-out user. Those pages explain how to unlock via the mobile apps and can send you back to the job, company, country, blog post, or guide you were viewing.
Subscriptions are managed in the store that billed you: Apple Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play subscriptions on Android. You can also open Manage subscription in the mobile app More menu when you have access.
Admin accounts used to operate the platform have full access for content and user management. Typical members do not see the admin panel.
4. Jobs flow
Jobs are the core product: curated openings where sponsorship or relocation is in focus. Lists support search/filter; detail pages show more when your membership allows it.
Open Jobs from the main menu. Use keywords and filters (for example country or role-related fields as shown) to narrow the list. Free users still see titles and high-level context; monthly users see more employer detail.
You see the role narrative, location context, and if unlocked, company and apply information. If content is locked, follow the membership prompt and return with full access.
Apply usually sends you to the employer’s external careers page. WorkVisaConnect is not the employer of record; you complete applications on third-party sites. Always double-check current status on the employer side.
We aim for frequent, curated updates (including weekly packs). Listings can still open/close between syncs. Treat apply links as current only on the employer site.
5. Companies flow
Company pages help you research who hires internationally, not only single vacancies.
Open Companies. Search or browse the directory. Free access often masks company names and deeper profile data; membership reveals identity and fuller profiles.
That is expected for free-tier previews so paid curation stays valuable. Upgrade or sign in with a monthly plan to reveal names and related detail used for targeted applications.
6. Countries flow
Country content supports relocation research: where roles appear and what the move entails at a high level.
A list and detail views with country-focused orientation. Full narrative may require monthly membership, similar to jobs and companies.
No. It is orientation content we publish/curate. Always confirm immigration requirements with official authorities.
7. Blog & guides
Under Blog & Guides you get longer-form articles and practical guides (relocation process, interviews, CV tips, settling abroad, and more).
Listings and teasers may be public; full article or guide body can be members-only. The membership page will redirect you back to the post/guide after upgrade where supported.
Blog posts and guide entries appear from the shared Blog & Guides area (and related routes). Open an item to read; if locked, complete membership first.
8. Saved jobs & profile
Personal tools live under Saved Jobs and My Profile when you are signed in.
While signed in, use the save/bookmark action on a job card or detail page. Open Saved Jobs in the header or menu to review or remove items. Guests must log in first.
Name, contact fields, country, bio/interests, links, avatar where available, and notification preferences. You also see account type (free / monthly / admin) and your support tickets.
You are signed out, or you have not saved anything yet. Log in with the same account that saved jobs, then open Jobs and bookmark roles you want to revisit.
9. Contact Us & support tickets
Anyone can send a message via Contact Us. Logged-in members attach their user id so tickets appear under My Profile for follow-up.
Guests and members. Guests fill name and email; signed-in users may see profile fields prefilled. Choose a topic, subject, and describe your issue clearly.
Members: My Profile → support tickets. You can review open tickets and related messages. Guests should check the email they submitted and/or create an account with that email if you want in-app history.
Include your account email, whether you purchased on iOS or Android, and roughly when. We can check entitlement status. Store refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google.
No. Support helps with platform access, billing/upgrade routing, content bugs, and product questions. Not formal legal representation.
10. Language, privacy & legal
The site UI is available in English and Turkish via the language switcher. Legal pages explain data use and terms.
Use the EN/TR control in the header (and similar controls on auth layouts). The preference is remembered for your browser session.
Footer links: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. They describe Firebase-backed accounts, membership data, tickets, and acceptable use of listings.
Authentication and database storage are provided through Firebase/Google services under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
11. Troubleshooting
Sign in on the website with the same email used in the app, then hard-refresh or sign out/in. If locks remain, Contact Us with that email and whether you bought on App Store or Google Play.
In the app, use restore purchases while signed in with the Apple/Google account that made the purchase. Then confirm the same WorkVisaConnect email is signed in. If still locked, Contact Us with purchase details.
It may be free-tier masking, a listing with incomplete source data, or an expired external post. Members with unlocked access: if still missing, report via Contact Us with the job link.
Allow third-party/cookies for the site, try another browser, reset password, or use Contact Us. Verify you completed any required email verification step.
Content is loaded from our database; try again later or report a bug. For static caching environments, a hard refresh often helps.
Still need help?
Open a Contact Us ticket as a guest or member. Members can track replies under My Profile.
