1. Acceptance

By using WorkVisaConnect (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What WorkVisaConnect is

WorkVisaConnect is a platform that publishes hand-curated, regularly updated job listings from employers associated with visa sponsorship and/or relocation support, together with company profiles, country information, and blog/guide content for professionals considering an international move.

We are not an employer, law firm, immigration agency, or recruiter of record unless we expressly say so for a specific product.

3. No legal or immigration advice

Content on visas, sponsorship, relocation packages, salaries, and country rules is general information only. Immigration and employment rules change and depend on your facts. Always verify with official government sources, employers, and licensed advisors before acting.

4. Accounts

Some features require registration (email/password or Google sign-in where available). You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and complete email verification when required. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Packages (Free, Basic, Premium)

Free: view-only. Job title, country and limited list context; company identity and full details may stay locked.

Basic (paid digital subscription sold on the site): monthly (or yearly if offered) access to full job details, company info, apply links, country guides and full blog/guide content (scope can change on site). List price 450 TL/month; campaign 250 TL/month; yearly 2,500 TL. The amount shown at checkout controls the sale.

Premium: Basic features plus CV analysis, detailed relocation support, sector partnerships for visa/language/moving, and visa support. Introductory prices 1,000 TL/month and 10,000 TL/year; “Coming soon” and not sold yet. Distance Sales and checkout will be updated when it launches.

Admin accounts may have operational privileges. Features, prices and fulfilment methods may change with reasonable notice.

6. Job, company, and country data

Listings are curated and updated frequently (including weekly packs), but they may be incomplete, delayed, or become outdated. Employers control their own hiring decisions and application processes.

We do not guarantee that sponsorship will be granted, that a role remains open, or that relocation terms match a third-party description. Always confirm on the employer’s official posting.

7. External applications

“Apply” and similar links may send you to third-party career sites. Those sites are not controlled by us; their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not parties to employment contracts you enter with employers.

8. Support and Contact Us

You may send support or contact messages as a guest or member. Members can view and, while open, edit tickets on their profile. We may respond as operational support, not as legal counsel. Abusive or spam submissions may be refused or removed.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break security; scrape the Service in a way that harms capacity; reverse engineer beyond legal limits; upload malware; post unlawful or infringing content; impersonate others; or use the Service to spam employers or users.

10. Intellectual property

Our branding, site design, curation structure, and original text are protected. You may browse for personal non-commercial use. You may not republish bulk listings or our content as a competing service without permission. Third-party trademarks (company names/logos) remain their owners’ property.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkVisaConnect and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service, including reliance on any listing or guide.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, harms the platform, or creates legal risk. You may stop using the Service and request account closure subject to our Privacy Policy and residual legal needs.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms and will refresh the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
