2. Categories of personal data

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Identity and contact: name, email, optional phone.
• Account: authentication data, profile fields (country, bio, interests, avatar, links), language and notification preferences.
• Membership and billing: plan (Free / Basic / later Premium), billing period (monthly/yearly as shown), amount and currency, payment status, billing address.
• Security: session, device/browser metadata, logs, IP and security events.
• Usage actions: saved jobs, support/contact tickets and message content, admin replies.
• Marketing (only with consent or another lawful basis): newsletter or communication preferences.

• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, debug and improve performance.
• Meet legal duties and handle disputes or audits.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on forming/performing a contract (membership and support), our legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention, without overriding your rights), legal obligations, and consent where required.

5. Collection methods

Data is collected via registration and login, profile and billing forms, subscription/payment flows, Contact Us / support forms, cookies and similar technologies, and information you voluntarily share with us.

6. Transfers and processors

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, analytics where used), hosting and payment providers needed to run the Service, public authorities when required by law, and parties you request or consent to.

Cross-border processing may occur because Firebase/Google and related infrastructure operate in various countries; we take care to follow applicable transfer rules.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the stated purposes and for statutory commercial, billing, dispute and security log periods. When no longer needed we delete, destroy or anonymise data as required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (authenticated access, role limits, secure channels and provider controls). No system is perfectly secure; you must protect your password and devices.

9. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

You may request information about whether your data is processed, the purposes, categories of recipients, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction under the law, notification of third parties to whom data was transferred, objection to results produced solely by automated systems that are unfavourable to you, and compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
