1. Who we are

WorkVisaConnect (“we”, “us”) operates workvisaconnect.com and related web experiences that help professionals find hand-curated, visa-sponsorship and relocation-related job opportunities, company profiles, country information, and blog or guide content.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account data: email address, authentication status (including Google sign-in where enabled), optional first/last name, phone, country, bio, interests, avatar, and notification preferences stored in your profile.
• Membership and access: Free (preview), Basic (paid full listing access) or later Premium; admin flags. Billing address, payment status, amount and plan choice.
• Saved jobs: jobs you shortlist while signed in.
• Support and contact messages: name, email, optional phone, subject, topic, and message text. Whether you are a guest or a member (member submissions are also shown on your profile).
• Usage and technical data: approximate device/browser information, logs, and analytics events (for example Firebase Analytics when available) to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Cookies and similar technology: session, preferences (including language EN/TR), and essential function cookies.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Create and manage accounts, verify email (where required), and keep you signed in.
• Show membership-appropriate content (free previews vs full access) and process upgrades.
• Publish weekly curated visa-sponsorship listings and related company/country pages.
• Let you save jobs, submit Contact Us / support tickets, and receive admin replies.
• Improve content quality, prevent abuse, debug issues, and understand aggregate usage.
• Communicate service or security notices when needed.

4. Service providers (Firebase / Google)

We use Google Firebase for authentication, Firestore database storage (users, jobs, companies, countries, blog posts, guides, saved jobs, support tickets), file storage (e.g. Profile avatars), and optional analytics.

Firebase processes data on our behalf under Google’s terms. You can review Google’s privacy documentation for how those services work.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information:

• With service providers that host or operate the Service (Firebase/Google, hosting).
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the platform.
• With your direction. For example when you open an external employer apply link (those sites have their own policies).
• With admins of WorkVisaConnect who manage support tickets, membership, and content.

6. Membership packages (Free / Basic / Premium)

WorkVisaConnect offers three packages. Free: view-only previews (titles, country, list context). Basic (paid digital subscription, currently sold): full job details (company, salary context, apply links, country guides and full content, etc.). Premium: Basic plus CV analysis, detailed relocation support, sector partnerships for visa/language/moving, and visa support; marked “Coming soon” and not sold yet.

Basic list price is 450 TL/month with a campaign sale price of 250 TL/month (VAT shown at checkout/invoice as applicable); a yearly option of 2,500 TL may be offered. Premium introductory pricing is 1,000 TL/month and 10,000 TL/year; current on-site amounts apply when it goes live.

Payment records, billing address, plan (Free/Basic/Premium), amount and currency may be stored on your account and payment records. Access is enabled after payment confirmation and plan update.

7. Public and visible content

Job, company, country, and blog listing content is meant to be visible to users according to access rules. Avoid posting sensitive personal data in support messages or profile fields beyond what is needed.

8. Retention

We keep account and ticket data while your account is active and as needed for security, support history, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account or tickets where applicable; we may retain limited records when required.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including Firebase/Google infrastructure and authenticated access control). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Protect your password and device.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. You can update profile fields in My Profile, change language preference (EN/TR), and manage some notification settings.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults seeking professional relocation and employment opportunities. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. International processing

Data may be processed in countries where Firebase/Google and our hosting providers operate. By using the Service you understand that processing may occur outside your home country with appropriate safeguards under those providers’ terms.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
